Your Challenge
- Creating offers and maintenance contracts
- Execution of small projects/service orders
- Coordination and organization of larger maintenance
- Telephone support (commercial and technical)
- Support of the service manager in administration
- Recording of service orders in the ERP system
- Invoicing of service invoices, advance and final billing including dunning and creditor workflow
- Maintaining existing customer contacts
- Collaboration and further development of the service department in cooperation with the service manager
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in building technology sanitary
- Basic knowledge in administration
- Several years of professional experience in this field as well as in the service sector
- Resilient as well as team- and customer-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Team player
