The St.Gallen teaching materials publisher, based in Rorschach, is a service company of the Department of Education and a central partner for schools in the canton of St.Gallen. Our main task is the development and distribution of teaching materials as well as products from other publishers for the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland.
As a pioneer in the field of digital learning offerings, we provide innovative learning support systems, including Lernlupe and Lernpass plus, which are specially developed for primary schools. These systems integrate the renowned Stellwerk test and the Jobskills platform, which optimally prepare students for their professional careers. Our learning support systems offer comprehensive support for individualized learning and targeted promotion.

Subproject Manager Learning Support Systems (m/f/d)
Starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement
Workload: 80%
Workplace: Rorschach
What to expect
- General support of the Learning Support Systems management as well as taking over administrative tasks
- Coordination and alignment with various suppliers for the technical development and operation of the learning support systems
- Customer support in 1st and 2nd level support
- Independent supervision and implementation of sub- or small projects, especially in further developments (concept development, market analyses, author search and briefing, testing, scheduling and budgeting, target group analysis and marketing goals)
- Participation in quality assurance of development processes as well as ensuring quality and project management standards
- Involvement in the conception and implementation of communication measures as well as creation of marketing texts and materials (advertisements, websites, newsletters, mailings, presentations, etc.)
- Support in the preparation and execution of fairs, events, and presentations
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor's degree or alternatively vocational training in the technical or commercial field
- Function-specific further training in project management and/or product management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in teaching material development, publishing, project management, and marketing
- Strong understanding of IT processes and technologies and didactic interest at the primary school level
- Ability to question and co-design technical solutions from the users' perspective
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Good organizational skills, reliability, independent and precise working style
