Workplace Experience Receptionist / Records Management 60%
Your main tasks:
• Warm welcome of external and internal guests
• Various administrative tasks in the area of FM and reception
• Support in compliance and controls of health and safety processes
• Manage and implement the Hospitality Toolkit
• Management and handling of archiving processes
• Annual comparative inventory of archive stock including budgeting
• Annual coordination of the destruction of archive material
Your profile:
• Team player, communicative, negotiation skills, customer-oriented, assertiveness
• Communicates openly, is flexible and resilient. Strives for simplicity and clarity. Analytical and structured approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• First successful experience in a similar position (e.g., reception/admin)
• Precision, accuracy, and speed of execution
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
