In this Switzerland-wide position, your focus is clearly on the German-speaking part of Switzerland, where you actively build and develop partnerships with intermediaries and sales partners. At the same time, you support selected partners in the Romandie, thus contributing to the further development of our network throughout Switzerland.

You organize your workday independently, maintain personal contact with our partners on site, and work closely with our team.

Ideally, you bring experience in the insurance industry and share our passion for animals.

These tasks await you:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals in the B2B2C sector
• Building and maintaining long-term local representatives and contacts as well as networking in the insurance industry (intermediaries and brokers)
• Acquisition and support of business customers, especially in the area of animal husbandry and veterinary practices
• Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaboration with internal departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
• Participation in cross-departmental projects to further develop the company

You have these skills:

• Experience in the insurance industry including VBV certification
• German as a native language + good knowledge of French
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for dealing with customers and joy in animals
• Independent and structured working style as well as high self-motivation
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
