Ideally, you are a trained social pedagogue and have professional experience in school teaching. You are motivated to integratively support the children and adolescents, mostly in upper secondary school, in coping with everyday school life, to work on topics with individual children and adolescents as needed, and to further develop school social pedagogy. You are concerned with addressing the individual learning needs of the students. You see interdisciplinary collaboration as an added value.
