Job Description
Within the framework of the project "Prevention and Health Promotion: a lever for the environmental impact of medical-care practices," funded by the Sustainability Fund of the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG), the Ecological Transition in Care team (TES), attached to the Quality, Safety, and Sustainability division (QSD), is looking for a committed person to contribute to an innovative initiative at the interface between public health and sustainability.
Your mission is to design, write, and structure a set of eco-care sheets intended to support health professionals in adopting more sustainable practices. You will analyze scientific and institutional literature on health-environment co-benefits, select relevant data for the hospital context of HUG, and formalize a rigorous bibliographic reference framework. Based on this knowledge, you will develop practical, clear, and visual recommendations, accompanied by adapted educational materials.
You will work closely with TES referents, members of the CSR division, as well as patient partners, to ensure the relevance, accessibility, and impact of the produced content. You will participate in working and validation sessions with internal experts and prepare the sheets for their scientific review by the TES committee. You will also contribute to defining dissemination and awareness-raising methods among healthcare staff, with a view to future institutional deployment.
Finally, you will be responsible for documenting the entire design process to ensure traceability, scientific quality, and reproducibility of deliverables. This position represents a unique opportunity to actively participate in the ecological transformation of hospital care, in a stimulating, collaborative, and meaningful environment.
