Your tasks
- Operational and strategic management of the cleaning department
- Leadership, promotion and further development of subordinate employees and team leaders
- Ensuring professional, efficient and high-quality cleaning in all assigned areas
- Continuous optimisation of processes, workflows and cleaning standards
- Close collaboration with the hospitality, nursing, technical departments and other interdisciplinary partners
- Participation in budget planning, cost control and achieving defined quality and economic targets
- Primary contact person for the external cleaning service provider
- Responsible for the digital cleaning system soobr
Your profile
- Completed training in housekeeping, facility management or comparable qualification, with further education at BP, HFP or HF level
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role, preferably in healthcare
- Strong service understanding and high customer and service orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with a high awareness of quality
- High leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Resilient, flexible and responsible personality with pronounced social competence
