Public Prosecutor (m/f/d)
- Independent management of criminal investigations in core and ancillary criminal law, including on-call duty
- Ordering coercive measures and conducting interrogations
- Issuing final rulings
- Personal representation of the prosecution in court
- Close cooperation with partner organisations
- Participation in committees and working groups
- If interested and suitable, optional opportunity to lead a team of case managers both personnel-wise and professionally
- Completed Master’s degree in law, preferably with a lawyer’s licence and several years of professional experience in adult criminal prosecution
- Excellent knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law
- Flawless drafting of decisions and documents in linguistic and legal terms
- Conscientious and efficient working style, even under pressure
- High resilience, strong assertiveness, decisiveness, independence, teamwork skills, and pronounced discretion
- Complex and interesting area of responsibility in an interdisciplinary environment
