Raiffeisen Bank Martigny and Region, close to its clients and committed to the development of its employees, is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented personality to join its team as a basic private client advisor.

• Inform clients about basic products such as accounts, payment methods, investments, and insurance
• Manage your client portfolio independently
• Identify clients' needs and, if necessary, schedule appointments with specialists
• Welcome and act as the first point of contact for all client concerns in the client area
• Handle routine operations at the counter and logistics related to ATMs
• Manage administrative tasks related to the role

• Banking training and/or proven experience in the banking sector
• Very good presentation and ease in client contact thanks to your sense of hospitality, listening skills, and empathy
• Good team spirit and collaboration
