- Experience with Abacus software is a plus.

We are a medium-sized Spitex organization in the upper Basel region and care for clients in thirteen municipalities with a total of about 16,000 inhabitants.
To complement our team, we are looking for an
HR Employee 40-60%
What are your tasks?
- Processing payroll accounting including reconciliation with accounting and final check with the financial responsible department
- Payroll, support in the annual salary budget preparation
- Personnel administration from entry to exit including maintenance of personnel files and creation of work and interim certificates
- Collaboration with social and personal insurances including notifications
- Support in the recruitment process (job advertisements, correspondence, preselection, organization, etc.)
- Process development in the personnel area
- Participation in interviews
- Contact person for personnel questions
- Administrative activities
- Participation in meetings and projects
