The ZAG Center for Training in Healthcare offers training and further education at various educational levels (vocational basic education, higher vocational education, and career-oriented further education). With around 3,500 learners and students as well as 240 employees, it is one of the largest training centers in Switzerland for healthcare professions.

Due to retirements and increasing numbers of learners and students, we are looking for qualified and motivated vocational school teachers as of March 1, 2026 and September 1, 2026 .

Deployment opportunities in the training programs

• Nursing Higher Vocational School HF ( Nursing HF )
  You teach basic and specialization-specific content as well as in the learning area Training and Transfer (LTT).
• Career-accompanying training program Nursing Higher Vocational School ( BB Nursing HF )
  You teach at HF level and depending on the module also in the learning area Training and Transfer (LTT).
• Supplementary Education Health Specialist EFZ ( EB FaGe EFZ )
  You teach at the basic education level for adults and depending on the module also in the learning area Training and Transfer (LTT).
• Health Specialist EFZ ( FaGe EFZ )
  You teach vocational knowledge within the framework of vocational basic education for learners training to become Health Specialists EFZ.

• Professional/university degree in nursing, at least HF degree
• Very good professional and application knowledge in nursing
• At least a qualification as a vocational trainer (SVEB 1, SVEB 2, FA or a comparable qualification)
• Teaching authorization (diploma as a vocational school teacher PHZH, EHB and others) or willingness to train
• Resilient, team-oriented and open personality with joy in teaching
• Very good IT skills and familiar with the use of new media
