Your tasks

• Strategic leadership and further development of the company
• Responsibility for operational management
• Customer meetings/consultations with architects and construction managers
• Leadership and development of employees
• Representation of the company externally
• Close cooperation with D.W.F. Holzbau AG (owner)
• approx. 50% office / 50% construction site assignments

You bring with you

• Completed further training as a plumbing foreman with federal diploma or higher
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good communication skills in German
• High social competence and leadership strength
• Initiative, problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
