Team Leader: Catering
multiple locations, 80 - 100%
What your daily routine looks like
- You lead our catering areas professionally, personnel-wise, and organizationally and develop them strategically
- You ensure a professional, warm, and service-oriented gastronomy for residents, guests, and employees
- You are responsible for deployment planning, processes, quality, hygiene, and profitability in your area
- You shape the ambiance of our restaurants and public spaces and bring new impulses to concepts and offer design
- You work closely with the head chef and the team leader activation/event. Your three teams together form the services area
What excites Thurvita about you
- Training as a catering specialist EFZ (ideally complemented by cook EFZ) as well as leadership training (e.g., HF or equivalent)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in classic gastronomy
- Entrepreneurial thinking, business understanding, and confidence in dealing with key figures
- High service orientation, appreciative communication, and assertiveness
- Willingness to work flexible hours and at various locations (Sonnenhof, Fürstenau, Filou)
