- Management and further development of the Construction and Structural Engineering Department
- Establishment and further development of applied research at the interface of structural engineering and architecture
- Teaching activities in the field of structural design and structural engineering in the degree programs Civil Engineering and Architecture as well as in interdisciplinary courses.
- Supervising project and final theses in the degree programs Wood, Construction, and Architecture
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree Master (ETH/FH/TU) as a civil engineer, preferably with a doctorate
- Leadership and research experience in an academic environment or in the private sector (including project acquisition and management)
- Network and entrepreneurial skills to initiate and implement applied research projects and services
- Teaching experience as well as affinity for conveying and using digital planning tools
- German native level (language of instruction), English and French skills are a plus
