Your background

Master’s degree in electrical engineering

2–5 years of experience in R&D within a business environment with focus on high voltage

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Solid understanding of energy systems and transformers; experience with bushings is a plus
-
Ability to align R&D activities with business processes and strategic goals

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions

Awareness of intellectual property considerations in the R&D lifecycle
