The offerings of the Early Career Program support early career researchers in building interdisciplinary skills, orienting themselves within the academic system, and accompanying questions and conflicts. As a student assistant, you will advertise the course offerings and organize registrations, implementation, and evaluation of the offerings. You will work closely with the PhD Affairs team. We look forward to an independent and careful support for our friendly team.

Operational support of the Early Career Programme:
- Independent participant management
- Communication and marketing
- Course evaluation (creating, sending, and analyzing evaluations)
- Documentation of offerings and conducted events
- Research tasks
Your profile
- Master's student or doctoral candidate at the University of St.Gallen
- Very good Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel, Microsoft Forms)
- Experience with Typo3 is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent and reliable working style
