Tasks

• Inpatient, acute psychiatric care of patients
• Active participation in shaping and implementing change processes
• Key person work in the interprofessional team including nursing diagnostics
• Leading patient groups
• Active involvement in the further development of the service
• Assuming the role of vocational trainer
• Training responsibility for nursing students (HF/FH) and apprentices (FaGe) within the service in collaboration with the responsible educational officers of ipw

Profile

• Nursing diploma HF/FH with further education in the educational field (SVEB-1 or higher) or willingness to complete such
• Great interest and enjoyment in interprofessional teamwork on an admission ward
• High professional, social and personal competence
• Flexibility in duty planning and responsible and proactive working style
• Enjoyment and interest in supporting apprentices / students
• Experience in IT applications and good German language skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
