Job Description
- You warmly welcome our guests and ensure a feel-good atmosphere from the very first moment
- Check-in and check-out run professionally and smoothly with you
- You handle reservations, inquiries by email, phone or on-site confidently
- You advise guests on offers, activities and services – both internal and external
- You approach concerns and complaints in a solution-oriented manner and with tact
- You always have payments, invoices and cash register under control in the PMS
- With active up- and cross-selling, you additionally delight our guests
- You keep guest data up to date and ensure order in the system
- You always present reception, lobby and shop invitingly
Qualifications
- You are studying at a Swiss hotel management school
- You are confident in German, both spoken and written
- You speak English fluently and feel comfortable in guest contact
- Additional languages are a plus
- You have already worked with the hotel PMS OPERA – or you learn quickly
- You enjoy being a host and welcoming people
- An open, positive demeanor and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you
- Even when it gets hectic, you remain calm and solution-oriented
- You work independently, think ahead and take responsibility
- Teamwork, flexibility and enthusiasm to actively contribute characterize you
