We are looking for a Head of Global Program Management - Fulfillment to join us and lead the way in shaping and executing global programs at Group Services Switzerland. Group Services Switzerland is an integral part of our organization, driving innovation and operational excellence from our Reinach location and supporting our global network with expertise and commitment.
What is the role about?

As Head of Global Program Management Fulfillment, you will manage, enable and develop global programs across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. This role ensures alignment and execution of activities related to global programs in strong collaboration with global program acquisition team (GPAT), Strategic account Management (SAM) and our sales centers. This is a corporate function based in Reinach, Switzerland, at the heart of our global operations.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Lead and develop the Global Program Management Fulfilment team by providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior management in Corporate Projects, sales and service to ensure program objectives are aligned with organizational goals and participate in strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of global programs, ensuring quality standards, timely completion, and effective risk management to achieve our strategic operational targets
- Implement and refine program management frameworks, best practices, and change management approaches to drive operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and fulfillment of stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor program performance, communicate outcomes to key stakeholders, and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Bring a minimum of 8 years’ experience in global management or leadership roles, preferabaly in strategic industries or program/project management
- Have demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and delivering results
- Exhibit excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills within a matrix organization
- Show strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including top management.
