Main tasks
- Independent planning, control, and implementation of digitalization and ICT projects of varying size and complexity
- Responsibility for cross-departmental projects focusing on digitalization, automation, IT system landscapes, AI, and service management
- Optimization and further development of business processes within the framework of ICT, AI, and digitalization initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with WTO requirements in project planning, execution, and control, including coordination of external providers
- Management of internal and external stakeholders, including project controlling, risk management, and quality assurance
- Taking on additional tasks, e.g., as a business analyst in smaller projects (requirements analysis, process modeling, support of solution development)
- Promotion and further development of hybrid and agile project management methods as well as active participation in the digital and cultural transformation
Profile
- Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B or equivalent, e.g., PMI-PMP) with a degree in (business) informatics from a university of applied sciences
- At least 8 years of experience in managing ICT projects of various sizes
- Solid knowledge of hybrid and agile project management methods as well as frameworks such as SAFe and ITIL
- Comprehensive understanding of modern IT system landscapes, automation solutions, and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Strong communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B1)
