- Care planning and management of care processes
- Basic and treatment care
- Care and observation of patients in psychological crises with the required intensity
- Support of patients in structuring their daily routine
- Maintenance and promotion of patients' independence
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, ward rounds, and group therapies
- Participation in quality assurance measures
