Activities
- Complete production of small series on milling or turning machines
- Creation of machining programs with MASTERCAM
- Setting up the machines and production of new parts
- Program optimization and documentation of work steps, clamping aids and tools
- Self-inspection of the workpieces
Requirements
- Experience in CNC milling (5 axes) or CNC turning with driven tools
- Experience with programming software or workpiece programming directly on the machine
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new material and readiness for multi-machine operation.
- Flexibility for deployment in a variable working time model between 05:00 and 18:00.
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic or equivalent experience in CNC manufacturing
