Your tasks

• Responsibility for a relationship-oriented psychiatry that places the patient at the center
• Conducting ward rounds and supervising staff
• Cooperative guidance of the treatment team through situational and appreciative leadership
• Active participation in shaping therapeutic offerings and your work environment
• Participation in on-call duty (specialist background service)
• Participation in the addiction outpatient clinic

Your profile

• Completed or well-advanced training as a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Desirable additional qualification in basic addiction medicine or the motivation to obtain it
• Experience in addiction therapy, especially qualified withdrawal treatment, is desirable
• Willingness to take responsibility, combined with a motivating leadership style
• Independent and interdisciplinary collaboration in a multiprofessional and motivated team
