Your tasks
- Responsibility for a relationship-oriented psychiatry that places the patient at the center
- Conducting ward rounds and supervising staff
- Cooperative guidance of the treatment team through situational and appreciative leadership
- Active participation in shaping therapeutic offerings and your work environment
- Participation in on-call duty (specialist background service)
- Participation in the addiction outpatient clinic
Your profile
- Completed or well-advanced training as a specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Desirable additional qualification in basic addiction medicine or the motivation to obtain it
- Experience in addiction therapy, especially qualified withdrawal treatment, is desirable
- Willingness to take responsibility, combined with a motivating leadership style
- Independent and interdisciplinary collaboration in a multiprofessional and motivated team
