Safety & Security Systems and Applications Specialist 80-100% (m/f), On Site

In this responsible role, you are in charge of organizing, supporting, and further developing the security technology systems at multiple locations. You ensure that our key systems and security-specific applications function reliably at all times and comply with current security standards. Furthermore, you make a significant contribution to optimizing and automating workflows and processes.

Your main tasks include:

• Organizing the support, maintenance, and optimization of the entire system topology (Lifecycle Management)
• Coordinating maintenance and modernization measures
• Collaborating with internal departments and external service providers
• Creating and maintaining documentation, plans, and specifications
• Managing, training, and supporting users at various locations
• Participating in the planning and implementation of new security projects
• A confident demeanor and your assertive personality enable you to maintain an overview even in crisis situations and make independent decisions quickly
• You have a good technical understanding, are proficient with modern IT tools, and easily recognize complex interrelationships
• Additionally, you distinguish yourself through your initiative, a process-oriented, analytical mindset, as well as audience-appropriate communication skills and understand how to work in a structured manner
• We also count on your above-average commitment and willingness to be reachable outside normal working hours as well as on weekends and holidays in case of system failures and to work on-site if necessary
• Willingness to travel within company locations
• A formal security check by federal authorities is a prerequisite for filling this position
• Completed technical training or studies in the field of security technology, IT, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the field of security systems, ideally in an industrial environment
• Solid experience in access control as well as in the area of "Physical Security" and good PC skills (Windows, MS Office) are required for this position
• In-depth knowledge of at least two other security systems

(Video surveillance, access control, fire/burglary detection, radio)

• Experience in structural-technical project management (SIA) and in working with various stakeholders

German or French at native level with good knowledge of the other language; good English skills are an advantage
