Your area of responsibility
- As a customer service technician, you carry out maintenance, repair, and renovation work on automatic door and gate systems
- You are responsible for independent deployment planning in the Upper Valais region, preferably Zermatt
- In case of personnel shortages, you assist with installation assignments
- You will also take on on-call duties with high personal responsibility and resilience
Your profile
- You have completed a vocational training (e.g., automation, electrical, mechanical, vehicle, agricultural machinery, or industrial mechanics), are enthusiastic about technical contexts, and are willing to learn new things
- You have interest or experience in service and customer support
- Your residence is in Upper Valais, ideally in the Mattertal / Zermatt region
- You hold a category B driving license
- You have very good German language skills
- An independent, reliable, and conscientious working style, as well as a high flexibility and willingness to work in different regions are no problem for you
