• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills (at least B1)
• Willingness to work in 3-shift service (7 days, 24 hours, 365 days)
• Good technical flair and PC user skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and working in a team
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance with good manners
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
