- Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure components
- Patch management and system hardening according to security guidelines
- Installation and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard software
- Support of the Service Center in incident and problem management
- User, rights, and role concept management
- Execution of backups and restoration tests
- Master data maintenance & documentation of IT systems and processes
- Optimization of IT workflows and standard processes
Your Expertise
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization (e.g., VMware), and network basics
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)
- High sense of responsibility and structured working
- Willingness to participate in occasional maintenance windows outside regular working hours
- Reliability, initiative, and teamwork skills
