Guma makes it happen! At our location in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & hot sauces, marinades, salad dressings, sandwich fillings, and other liquid specialties. With around 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned customers in the food industry. We are also the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden.
As a food technologist or food practitioner, you produce and package food and beverages. For this, you usually operate large machines. However, some things are still done by hand. Starting in August 2026, you can expect an exciting and varied training program in the three-year or two-year apprenticeship that gives you a comprehensive insight into the world of food production.

- Completed secondary or intermediate school with good grades in mathematics, biology, chemistry, and physics
