Your tasks
- Ensuring the quality of training
- Coordination of vocational training and study programs
- Professional, didactic, and methodological support of trainers
- Accompanying and monitoring learning processes in collaboration with trainers as well as organizing and conducting events
- Apprentice marketing including recruitment
- Contact person for institutions and participation in committees in the field of training
- Design and implementation of the internal continuing education offer in collaboration with specialist committees
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
- Vocational pedagogical and didactic training at least SVEB1, ideally SVEB2, or willingness to complete it
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Proficient in handling software applications, as well as practical knowledge in presentation and moderation techniques
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
