Job Description

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsibility for quality, safety, environmental, and health issues within the
company
● Development of training concepts for service technicians and sales staff
● Technical training of service technicians and customers in the PC area
● Safety training for all employees
● Informing employees about updates on preparations, procedures
● Ensuring that EN16636/ISO9001 requirements are implemented
● Accompanying EN16636/ISO9001 audits and internal audits
● Ensuring that the safety equipment of service technicians is available
and properly used
● Interface to authorities regarding technical questions
● Responsible for country-specific technical content of technical publications
● Supporting the service and sales teams in technical matters
● Developing new pest control and service concepts in coordination with
responsible internal departments
● Biological identification of pests
● Risk assessments for major customers
● Preparation of analyses and reports in the field of pest control
● Representing the company towards the VSS association
● QSHE reporting to the group
● Participation in management team meetings
● Responsible SIBE of the company (separate task description)

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY
He is responsible for ensuring that his work is carried out safely and without health hazards. He is specifically responsible for:
● Implementation of all measures listed in the H&S management system and safe work systems
● Performing work in accordance with the safe work systems specified in the operating manuals and company procedures
● Proper use of work equipment, hazardous substances and preparations, transport equipment, and safety devices
● Reporting of incidents and accidents as well as potential hazards
5. REQUIREMENTS (KEY COMPETENCIES)
● Completed degree in biology or a comparable qualification
● Fluent German, English, and French skills, both spoken and written
● Confident handling of IT application tools and technical flair
● At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry
● Experience in pest control is an advantage
● Experience in accompanying audits and as a safety advisor is an advantage
● High flexibility and service orientation
● Independent working style, assertiveness, and confident appearance
● Very good team and communication skills
● Willingness to travel within Switzerland
● Driving license category B
