Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF (80%)
Your Challenge
- Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
- Careful monitoring and documentation of all parameters in the intensive care area and timely recognition of changes
- Supporting patients in crisis situations and competent action in emergency situations
- Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
- Independent execution of all medical therapies according to treatment plans and medical prescriptions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams
- Taking over shift management
- Contributing to the development of care quality and the care process
Your Profile
- Completed training as Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF
- Networked thinking and acting in an interdisciplinary environment
- High resilience as well as a pronounced empathy
- Good IT user skills
- Motivated and thoughtful personality characterized by teamwork skills
