ICT Support (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- First and second level support for employees (on-site, by phone, remote). Analysis and resolution of technical and application-related faults)
- Ensuring hotline operation during support hours and creating and processing IT tickets in the ticket system
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations (Windows, peripherals, mobile devices) including production equipment
- User and group management via Active Directory
- Support in the area of IT operations as well as monitoring of server and network systems
- Participation in the further development of our IT environment and services
- Creation, maintenance and continuous development of instructions, checklists and technical documentation as well as management and updating of asset management
- Sustainable problem management within the framework of continuous improvement as well as further development of IT services and support processes
- Training and support of our users in dealing with IT systems
- Collaboration with external service providers (orders, repairs) and internal specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed IT training EFZ or equivalent education
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, administrator roles as well as server technologies and ITIL are an advantage.
- Solid experience in support of the Microsoft product range (client and office applications including Microsoft 365 services)
- Experience in support of the Microsoft product range (server operating systems, Active Directory, file servers, SQL etc.)
- Experience in automation using PowerShell
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and good team spirit
- Sense of responsibility combined with high commitment and flexibility, resilient, honest and loyal
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
