Tasks

• Collaboration in the branch (stocking goods, cashiering, baking, cleaning)
• Taking over tasks in cash and receipt management
• Supporting branch management in organizing branch processes
• Supporting branch management in coordinating the branch team
• Managing the branch as a representative of branch management

Profile

• Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail or the food sector
• Experience in employee leadership
• High motivation, commitment, and resilience
• Responsible personality
• Customer-oriented behavior and a neat appearance
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Good knowledge of German
