• Operating various construction machines to extract our raw materials
• Loading customer vehicles as well as our own vehicles
• Feeding the production plant with the wheel loader
• Supporting various lake works
• Assisting with maintenance work on machines and plants
• Maintenance and surrounding work, independently or in a team
• Adhering to and implementing occupational safety and health protection

• Manual / technical skills
• Professional experience as a construction machine operator is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, flexible, and proactive working style
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork, and resilience
