Your tasks – precise, powerful, and skilled
Professional butchering, deboning, and cutting of beef and pork
Sorting and preparing the pieces according to production and customer requirements
Ensuring hygiene, temperature, and quality regulations
Support with packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation
Checking meat quality and documenting production steps
Cleaning and maintenance of the workplace and tools
Close cooperation with colleagues from production and logistics for efficient processes
Your profile – professional competence with passion
Completed apprenticeship as a certified meat specialist or equivalent training
Several years of experience in beef or pork butchering
Good physical condition and sense of quality
Responsibility, team spirit, and commitment
Basic PC skills are an advantage
Good German skills, additional languages are a plus
