About the job
What you can achieve
- You reliably maintain production, packaging, and process equipment and document it cleanly.
- You plan small revisions in close coordination with production management and implement them efficiently.
- You systematically analyze technical malfunctions to minimize unplanned downtimes.
- You actively derive optimization potentials from malfunctions, maintenance, and services and incorporate them into maintenance plans.
- You continuously improve systems and components – including structured documentation.
- With your contribution to projects, you actively shape technical development.
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship EFZ in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, etc., with an interest in maintaining filling, production, and packaging systems.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Sunday evening to Friday evening 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00 on a weekly rotation.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to solving technical problems.
- You hold the NIV 15 connection permit or are willing to obtain it.
- Clear communication with technical purchasing and other interfaces.
- High sense of responsibility for safety, independent working style, and thoroughly a team player.
