What we are looking for
We are addressing trained retail specialists, druggists, MPAs, and FaGes. You are an outgoing, independent, and proactive personality. You enjoy working at the front and daily customer contact. You have already worked in a similar position (ideally in the healthcare sector). You stay calm even in hectic phases and have no fear of using IT tools.
Your area of responsibility
You competently and empathetically advise our customers and ensure they are properly cared for. You support our orthopedists and specialists in receiving customers and scheduling appointments. You ensure professional advice for health products and health shoes. In addition, you perform various back-office tasks. Telephone service and scheduling complete your daily work routine.
