• Preparation of cost calculations in every phase of the planning process 
• Representation of cost calculations towards clients and planners 
• Support of employees in cost calculations 
• Cost optimizations involving clients and planners 
• Verification of cost determinations by third parties 

 What you bring 

• Completed training as an architect, certified technician HF, or draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture 
• Several years of experience and solid knowledge in cost planning 
• Open to digital solutions with quantity determination from BIM models 
• Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation for active participation 
• Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness 
• User knowledge in modern ICT infrastructure
