Strategic Transformation Manager (a) 80 - 100 %

• you manage central transformation projects on behalf of the CEO and define methodology and procedures (e.g. implementation of corporate strategy, efficiency and transformation programs)  
• you coordinate the company-wide transformation portfolio, ensure transparency about resources and progress, and ensure success control through monitoring  
• you implement your own sub-projects operationally and ensure the successful implementation of other projects 
• you directly and concretely contribute your broad experience to the strategic further development of the company 
• you shape the company-wide change process  

• you have many years of professional experience in management consulting as well as in project and process management and bring sound knowledge of common project management methods 
• you have experience dealing with decision-makers at the C-level and understand how to influence and effectively advance topics 
• you promote cross-departmental collaboration, lead teams laterally, and convince both as a team player and demonstrate assertiveness 
• you communicate clearly, confidently manage different stakeholder groups, and handle areas of tension in a solution-oriented manner 
• you act with confidence, show initiative, and think entrepreneurially
