You are a responsible personality who enjoys customer contact and are looking for a meaningful task? Then you are in the right place! In our Estate Settlement department, you are the central point of contact for all matters related to estate settlements. You support heirs, executors, and authorities from the notification of a death to the division of the estate – always with the goal of creating a positive customer experience during a life-changing event.
Your tasks
- You independently manage a customer portfolio and make decisions regarding estates from domestic and foreign sources, including the regulation of financing and investments
- You are an important contact for heirs, offices, and internal departments and are in daily telephone and written contact with them
- You analyze situations, use your scope of action, and make case-related decisions
- You actively contribute to the further development and improvement of our processes
Your profile
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship, an equivalent education, or have a background in the legal field and bring experience in customer contact
- You have knowledge or interest in matrimonial property and inheritance law and want to develop further in this area
- You are service-oriented, empathetic, and have a sense for recognizing and responding to individual needs
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and appreciate collaboration in a supportive environment
