Your tasks
- Independent leadership, organization, coordination, and supervision of construction projects through phases 31 – 53 according to SIA 112
- Consideration of the strategic guidelines of the hospital board and management
- Ongoing control and optimization of costs, quality, and deadlines
- Responsibility for compliance with project, cost, quality, and deadline objectives
- Assuming the client function towards planners, external companies, and other contractors
- Developing decision-making bases for various internal and external committees and timely initiating necessary decisions
- Representing the requirements of construction (construction project and facility management, medical technology access control, security, etc.), users, operations, and ICT
- Professional leadership of the quality assurance team
- Ensuring the flow of information and coordination between internal and external project participants
- Controlling and monitoring project progress and preparing necessary reports
Your profile
- Completed education in architecture, civil engineering, or construction project management at university / university of applied sciences level (ETH/FH) or a similar qualification
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in construction, process, and project management
- Experience in managing complex building construction projects
- Knowledge of service and support processes in healthcare as well as public procurement advantageous
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented
- Strong quality awareness
- Committed, convincing, and assertive
