To strengthen our team, we are looking for you by arrangement:
Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ in Deployment Planning / Coordination
Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for our care teams and our clients for coordinating deployment planning
- You support the teams by phone in everyday nursing, promote smooth communication, and contribute to solving planning challenges
- You coordinate new client registrations, integrate them into deployment planning in consultation with the case-responsible nursing specialist, and ensure optimal teamwork
- You plan deployments over a longer period in advance, providing team leaders with an important basis for employee management
- You ensure that the quality of care remains at the highest level through your deployment planning and actively contribute to the further development of processes
- You bring in your ideas and approaches to further develop and streamline Spitex processes
- You support the care teams in other processes
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in a Spitex
- Experience and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Knowledge of electronic media (Perigon)
- Resilience and flexibility, combined with networked thinking and enjoyment of independent work
- Communication skills, empathy, and a high service orientation
