Chief Truck Mechanic (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
You are responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue as well as cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented development measures and report directly to the on-site operations manager. In his absence, you take over the deputy role and represent him appropriately and effectively. Another part of your
broad range of tasks is service-oriented and active customer care, acquisition of workshop orders, and quality assurance from acceptance to billing. As an experienced leadership personality, you take on the professional and personnel management of a team, support your employees with technical and diagnostic questions, and ensure continuous development as well as a high performance factor. With your hands-on mentality, you actively engage in daily business, feel the pulse of the action, and make a significant contribution to achieving goals.

You offer us:

• Training as an automotive mechatronics technician (commercial vehicles preferred)
• Ideally, you have further training as an automotive diagnostician or workshop coordinator
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable leadership role
