Job Description
As a dietitian, your mission is to enable patients to maintain, recover, or improve their functional abilities and quality of life while considering ethical and deontological aspects.
You hold a transversal dietitian position, replacing your colleagues within the Departments of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics, Psychiatry, and Clinical Neurosciences, and ensure the nutritional follow-up of patients under the supervision of the team’s lead dietitian.
You apply Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and carry out your care according to the criteria of the nutritional care process.
You are responsible for regularly documenting patient records.
You are active in preventing hospital protein-energy malnutrition.
You assist and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate in the training of students and health professionals.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a recognized title registered with the Swiss Red Cross.
You have experience and a strong interest in clinical nutrition in the fields of acute care, rehabilitation, and psychiatry.
You possess excellent communication skills, know how to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and can quickly integrate into a new environment.
Your intellectual and professional curiosity is recognized. Additionally, you have the ability to adopt a reflective attitude, promoting continuous professional development.
You are an organized person, demonstrate autonomy in managing your time, flexibility, and can handle multiple simultaneous demands.
Furthermore, a degree of mobility in your professional practice appeals to you.
For non-French speakers, a C1 level in French is required. The ability to read scientific articles (including in English) is necessary.
Perfect mastery of common computer tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is essential.
