To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Team Leader ICT & Leader Customer Team (80-100%, m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
Location development & team leadership
Technical responsibility
- You will build the new Zurich location from the ground up together with the Key Account Manager
- You will gradually develop the Customer Team and lead it professionally and personally
- Hands-on mentality: In the start-up phase, you will be the only technician on site and will actively work as a System Engineer
- Coaching and development of future team members according to modern leadership methods
- Coordination between different departments for optimal customer support (Technical Leadership, Service Management, Key Account Management)
Strategic development
- You take over the technical support of Zurich customers
- Hands-on handling of complex technical challenges (second- and third-level support)
- Planning and implementation of IT projects in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)
- Responsibility for the technical architecture and further development of customer solutions with direct customer contact
- Proactive customer consulting and support for complex technical challenges
- Incident and change management as well as continuous optimization of IT services
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the location and customer-oriented service processes
- Ensuring the highest service quality and sustainable customer satisfaction
- Evaluation and implementation of the latest technologies with a focus on customer value
- Strategic customer consulting in the selection and introduction of modern IT infrastructures
Your profile
Technical qualifications
Leadership skills & personality
- Completed IT education or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in system engineering
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially in Azure Infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop
- In-depth experience with Entra ID
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online (mail flow, policies), Intune / Endpoint Management and basic knowledge of SharePoint Online (administration, rights management)
- Good knowledge in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Understanding of network basics

- You can work both independently and build and lead a team
- Leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams or willingness to develop these
- Coaching experience and ability to develop technicians and engineers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with agile working methods
- You work independently and take responsibility
- Professional experience with an IT service provider is an advantage
- High service orientation and customer focus
- Hands-on mentality: You are not afraid to take on operational tasks
- Confident German and good English skills
