We are looking for you as
IT Manager
Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement
What are your tasks?
- Leadership & further development of the IT team in Switzerland & Poland
- Responsibility for the IT budget, including procurement planning
- Ensuring smooth operation of the entire IT landscape
- Planning and further development of IT infrastructure & applications (including SAP)
- Deriving & implementing the IT project portfolio from business requirements
- Leading IT projects, including planning, organization, cost & quality control up to handover to operations
What do you bring?
- Higher IT education (e.g., computer scientist or business informatics specialist)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in an SME environment of a manufacturing company
- Several years of leadership experience
- Solid IT knowledge in MS365, SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant business applications (e.g., Warehouse Management, MES)
- Very good hardware & network knowledge; programming skills (ABAP, VB, Python, etc.) are an advantage
- Very good business understanding & fluent language skills in DE & EN
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%)
