Tasks
• Independent management and organization of the kitchen (smooth kitchen operations)
• Preparation and plating of dishes in consistently high quality (hot and cold dishes)
• Responsibility for hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Receipt, storage, and inspection of food products
• Menu preparation and mise en place
• Efficient and careful handling of food
• Cooperation with service and management
• Compliance with operational procedures and all hygiene and safety regulations
• Support in menu and offer planning
Requirements:
• Completed training as a cook EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Independent, reliable, structured, and clean working style
• High sense of responsibility for hygiene and quality
• Resilience, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Clean, well-groomed appearance
• German language skills, English an advantage
• Experience in Swiss gastronomy an advantage
