Project Manager Thermal Networks 80-100%
YOUR TASKS:
Project Management & Delivery
Management of demanding projects across all phases – from preliminary study and detailed planning through tendering and execution to administrative completion – with a focus on district heating, district cooling, and energy generation plants.
Schedule, cost, and quality control; structured goal setting, coordination, and monitoring of all project participants.
Clients & Business
Central contact person for our clients: active support, preparation of offers and documents, as well as follow-up until award.
Close cooperation with group management and sales: acquisition of new clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and opportunity management.
Technology & Quality
Contribution of your technical expertise (concept, design, evaluation of solutions) and ensuring quality-compliant project execution.
Monitoring of on-site work, participation in project and coordination meetings, management of subcontractors.
Technical-commercial responsibility including reporting, opportunity/risk management, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Innovation & Business Development
Hub between planning, implementation, and completion; promoting smooth handover up to commissioning.
Technology monitoring and proposals for innovative technical and documentary solutions.
Participation in the development and expansion of the business area energy supply networks & infrastructures in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
YOUR TEAM:
You work in the area of energy supply networks & infrastructures on projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning new heating/cooling networks to optimizing existing networks and generation plants.
You are part of an interdisciplinary team with clear interfaces and short decision-making paths.
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed engineering degree (ETH, FH or equivalent) in energy, heating, or supply technology.
At least 5 years of professional experience in district heating / district cooling, energy generation, or supply infrastructures.
Solid technical and project-related expertise as well as a good network in the energy sector (public and private clients).
Experience in project management and technical-financial control of projects.
Independent, proactive, and responsible personality with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong communication and organizational skills in dealing with customers and partners.
Language skills: native German with good French skills, or vice versa. English skills are an advantage.
