Around 300 employees are deployed to support those who are independent but still need support. This is what you do with us:
- You care for and support customers at home - friendly and professional.
- You manage the care process as case management.
- You work closely with other nursing professionals in a team.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nurse HF/FH and preferably have the further education "CAS in Palliative Care" or are willing to complete it.
- You bring practical experience in specialized palliative care and ideally already have Spitex experience.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You have pronounced professional and social skills and are resilient.
- You can express yourself appropriately, differentiated, and understandably according to the situation.
- You have knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- You have a category B driving license.
