Area of Responsibility

You are responsible for a team of 4 - 6 employees and plan resources together with the team, supporting the individual employees both in projects and in personal development.

Your main tasks are:

• Lead the assigned team and support them in projects
• Employee development and promotion
• Maintain the customer network and acquisition together with management
• Project management of individual trades and overall project management across all building technology trades of own projects SIA Phase 21-53

What you bring:

• As an HVAC team leader, you have leadership experience in an engineering office. As a foundation, you have completed training as an HVAC project manager with further advanced education (HF or FH). Several years of professional experience are important, as well as a strong team spirit and good CAD skills. Experience with non-BIM project management is an advantage. However, we are happy to take you along on our path and share our experiences with you.
